This policy explains how we handle the personal data of people who visit this website or contact us, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).
2. What data we process and why
This website has no forms, user registration or online shop. We only process personal data when you contact us:
- By phone, WhatsApp or email: your name, phone number or email address and the content of your message, to answer your enquiry or handle your order, including home delivery.
- Home delivery: the delivery address you give us, solely to bring you your order.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles from your data.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you write or call us, and on carrying out your request or order. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
4. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or order and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable law. If you ask, we delete it sooner.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. We use WhatsApp (Meta), email providers and the hosting services of this website, which act as providers or communication platforms under their own terms.
6. Third-party services on this website
- Google Fonts typefaces: when the page loads, your browser may request the fonts from Google servers, which will receive your IP address.
- Google Maps: an embedded map is shown on the contact and location pages. Google may process browsing data when it loads.
- Google Analytics 4: only if you accept it in the cookie notice, we measure visits statistically (page views, source, device). Google acts as a processor. You can reject them and the site works the same.
- Links to social networks and WhatsApp: if you click them you move to third-party sites with their own privacy policies.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as the right not to be subject to automated decisions, by writing to carnicerialorga@gmail.com or to the postal address above, attaching a copy of your ID.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website is served over an encrypted connection. If a security breach posing a high risk to your rights occurs, we will tell you without undue delay.
9. Minors
This website is not aimed at minors. Children under 14 need the consent of their parents or guardians to give us personal data.
